Phil Kelso was a Scottish football player and manager. He was a coach at Hibernian, before taking over as manager of newly-promoted Woolwich Arsenal from 1904 until 1908. He took the side to two consecutive FA Cup semi-finals but failed to make much of a challenge in the League. Following his departure from Arsenal, he briefly returned to Scotland, before becoming manager of Fulham in 1909. He stayed with the Cottagers for 15 years, making him their longest-serving manager.
